Sometimes my codes will become what it was before

Steps to Reproduce:
I'm not sure this is my mistake by accident.

Just code my vue project, but there are some components to change an to use, so I split the vscode window , it will show code in left and right.

Maybe one file was opened in left and right , when I changed one of them, the another may slowly change without immediately, then when i change window to see browser runing situation， then Vscode maybe saved file in backend, when I finded why I just codeed code was disappeared.

I try to reappearance this situation , but not work.
But It has happened twice
