Add dependencies for linux

This issue is caused by the absence of gnome-keyring and libsecret packages in Linux. Added these as dependencies to avoid this issue.

I believe the code Arch package is managed by a third party. They have added libsecret as a dependency by now, but not gnome-keyring. I'll close this issue as out-of-scope, for we do not manage that package.
