Keep extensions from Extensions Packs if they were installed manually #149809
Description
Currently if extension pack is uninstalled, vscode also uninstalls all extensions of this packs, regardless of how they were installed.
This shouldn't be the case, as this is irreversible and makes user feel unsafe about trying new extension packs — without keeping a list of your extensions, it's impossible to tell what was previously installed, and what hasn't been.
This is pain.
