Quick pickers in quick open mode do not show a search bar because they are meant to be operated by keybinding.

It is a bit odd though to show these in the F1 list so maybe we can remove them from the list.

It will be nice to have a search bar in recent files as before (like in the older versions),
Consider the scenario, where we have multiple builds(folders for each branch, and multiple versions of build on each branch), in this case, if I need to open a recently opened build on a particular folder, I can simply search the folder name(branch name) which will list recently opened build on that particular folder.

It will be nice to provide an option in settings to turn this behavior on and off

Two different behaviour for ^ + R(search bar appears) and File: Open Recent then press enter.

But please reconsider #150683 (comment) this scenario too.
Two different behavior for the same action will look like a bug.
