Wordwrap didn't work

I try press key alt+z and I also try click on menu View > Word Wrap it's same word wrap didn't work.
May I know whats going on.

Does this reproduce when disabling all extensions? Press F1 and then choose Developer: Reload Window with Extensions Disabled
