Mapped network drives are not showed when running VSC with admin rights #155253

Issue Type: Bug
Given Windows 10 (Version 21H2 - OSBuild 19044.1766) is installed
And a network drive is mapped in the letter Z:
And the Visual Studio Code is opened as Administrator Rights
When the user click the menu button "File"
And the select the option "Open Folder"
Then the Browser GUI is showed to allow the user to select a folder
But the network drive Z:\ is not available
However, repeating the use case above but using regular rights (no admin rights)
Then the network drive Z:\ is showed properly.
