emmet not work properly

Hello, since last update in vscode emmet partly not gonna work
Constrations like:
'ul>li*3'
or
'!'
no more work. how i can fix it?
My settings.json:

Fix should be released in 1.69.2 but in the meantime you can manually trigger suggestions with Ctrl+Space
