Yes, today vscode release an update, and was fixed :3

@linuxmobile thanks for following up, my guess is either some temporal issue in Azure or your client was misbehaving and triggered rate limiting.

I left windows and install linux again, and vscode sync isn't working again!

Stuck there for an hour!

Can you please use the Developer: Set Log Level command to set the log level to trace. After that please try to enable settings sync and share the contents of the output window. Hopefully that information will help us track down the root cause. Thanks!

Had the seem issue. Seems to be resolved for me after adding "https://vscode-sync.trafficmanager.net" to the trusted domains. Command Palette > Manage Trusted Domains.
