HELP workloads

i cant find the workloads i need :
desktop & mobile(5)
Desktop development with c++

I downloaded the vscode from the Microsoft store instead of downloading it from my brower i cant find the workloads i also need to to install with it on my desktop vscode

VS Code version: Code 1.70.2 (e4503b3, 2022-08-16T05:35:13.448Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19043
Modes:

Desktop is the only focus for VS Code (I think so). So having desktop & mobile development in your code editor is not a focus VS Code is doing.
