Late this iteration we prepared additions to the build pipeline that adds the code-tunnel binary as a standalone artifacts, as well as to integrated builds.

This build has the artifacts you'll need: https://dev.azure.com/monacotools/Monaco/_build/results?buildId=186450&view=artifacts&pathAsName=false&type=publishedArtifacts

1. Download the vscode_cli_* binary appropriate to your platform. Verify that it executes successfully (linux users remember to chmod +x)
2. Download the vscode_client_* installer for your platform. Verify that, if you choose to "add code to your path", that code-tunnel-exploration binary also on your path and that executes.
