Intellisense Not Working in my ES6 project

Its been a week since intellisense stopped working on my projects. It doesn't predict any functions for the installed npm modules.
I have restarted VScode several times and nothing happened. Right now I am using jetbrains fleet to do my work.
Is there any solution to it?

• VS Code Version: 1.72.2
• OS Version: Windows 11

Does this reproduce in the latest VS Code insiders build with all extensions disabled?

If it does, please share a minimal example project that demonstrates the issue
