Can not select multi line by click left mouse and drag in editor

Open a text file and try to select multi line by drag left mouse.

Multi line selection in the issue reporter is fine.
Both select of word by double clicking left mouse and select of one line by triple clicking of left mouse work fine.

Do I have any incorrect settings or bug of vs code?

Yes.

Multi-lines selection in the terminal windows is fine tool. So I might have some mis-configured editor settings. Let me try some clean default settings.

Still does not work with a new clean data directory and all extensions disabled.

Occationally at the very first moment I opening a new windows, multi-line selection works and the stops working soon.
