Line completions should not trump regular completions when typing a trigger character

In this bug: #167444, github copilot is 'stealing' completion UI from pylance.

This seems okay for say typing a normal character, but when typing say ., I really want to see the pylance completions because copilot is often wrong about what is even allowed after the ..

In that issue you can find a setting to enable the behavior you want and why we set the default as it currently is.

Because there is some request for the behavior you described, we will keep the disscussion open and see how we can find a compromise that works for both Copilot and IntelliCode/others.
