Don't register editor in Quick Open Recently Used Editor for short visits.

Very often I accidentally switch to the wrong editor using Ctrl-Tab (cycling through the recently used editors list), and immediately after i switch to the right one. Now that "wrong" editor will be at my next single Ctrl+Tab and so I almost always navigate to the wrong editor again, having to re-open the Ctrl-Tab list again to pick the right one.

Solution Proposal:

Don't register an editor in the least recently used list if I don't interact with it and/or for X amount of time spent on it. So accidental switches are discarded, and a single Ctrl+Tab takes me back to where I wanted instead of the wrong editor again.
