Settings cross over app instances #172965

Type: Bug
I often run more than one instance of code. I have dual monitors at different resolutions when I set the zoom level on one it changes the zoom on another.
In addition I open an instance with a project I am using as reference and I disable thte autosave feature so I notice any accidental changes. It also disables the autosave on the other instance.
