Mac: Multiple windows and with auto detect color scheme enabled, one of windows do not change colour scheme

I think I've have had this problem always.

I'm running all the vscode windows in full screen mode. Mac (macOS 12.6.3) is set to change color scheme automatically.
I've enabled vscode configuration sync.

The color scheme can be corrected by toggling "auto detect color scheme enabled" checkbox on and off in the window
that has not changed color scheme to dark or light. But sometimes I need toggle "workspace" preference instead of "user"
preference.
For example right now I have 2 dark schemed windows (correct) and 1 light schemed mode (incorrect)
