VSCode won't launch on mac

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No:Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.75.1
• OS Version: 13.2

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on "Visual Studio Code" app icon
2. Nothing happens, Vscode icon appears in the dock for a second and disappers.

This problem appears after the tried to fix neovim extension by following the instruction of #86745 and deleted the files ~/.config/Code and ~/.vscode. After that I deleted the Vscode app and reinstalled it.
This issue is similar to #81970. But If I launch with "--verbose" I see:

code --verbose
open: unrecognized option '--verbose'

Also I have followed https://stackoverflow.com/a/47561948/11908232 to completely uninstall vscode

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.75.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

I looked at issue #115306 and downloaded the nightly version which is working but the main version is still not working
