Change text (font) size with control key + mousewheel

Hi

This would be good e.g. in case a user (regularly) switches between different resolution screens or or if code shall be presented.
Other IDEs like IAR emdebbed workbench (and most windows tools) respond on ctrl+mousewheel with a zoom feature.
Currently VSC ignores th crtl key and just scrolls (like without the key being pressed).

There is a setting to allow that : "editor.mouseWheelZoom"
