Embedded languages do not use their own `indentationRules` settings

When embedding one language into another via TextMate
"comments", "colorizedBracketPairs" and "wordPattern" correctly uses the embedded's language-configuration.json settings.
But "indentationRules", "folding" do not, and instead continue to use the parent's language-configuration.json settings

Folding uses the full document as input and computes ranges based on the document's language. We have no plans to make folding embedded language aware.
