Nice to have an easy way to request extension reviews

Currently it's very hard. You need to show some dialog for this (which is in my understanding is discouraged), then user should go to the extension marketplace, and register there, and after this they need to write review. That's a very high friction undertaking.

Apple app store, has an easy API to request an app review: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/requesting_app_store_reviews I use the standard dialog all the time on my Apple devices, and rate the apps all the time. Would be nice if vscode has something like this. It would be great to have it without registration, or transparently using github account, since it's widely used in the ecosystem any way.
