Run VS Code commands from `code` cli

Is it possible to run VS Code commands from code CLI? This would be especially useful from the integrated terminal.

Example use-case I have currently is configuring code to use specific python environment: I run which python in the console after activating the desired env, and the paste the binary into the "Python: Select Interpreter" command. Would be great to do it with one command directly in the terminal.

@tomasz-sodzawiczny Try setting python.defaultInterpreterPath in settings.json to full path of environment you wish to select.
