Replace history doesn't work #18233

Steps to Reproduce:
- Press Ctrl-F or Ctrl-Shift-F.
- Expand using the right angle triangle the replace entry box.
- Click on replace entry box so it can be edited.
- Press Alt-Up. It does line transpose in the current window. Expect it to show previously entered replace value. Works as expected in the search entry box.
