Make scrollbar indicators clickable

Scrollbar indicators for warning/errors, changed code, ... are incredibly useful. But especially in large files I find clicking on them rarely takes me to the part of the file that contains the warning/error. And then I have to guess whether to scroll up or down to find the error.

I'd love to see the indicators become clickable - scrolling to not just the part of the file I clicked (with the resolution of the scrollbar) but to scroll such that the part of the file with the indicator were visible.

I miss the indicator when i'm working on small monitors.
e.g: TypeScript reports an error for a missing property and shows the related definition.
I always have to scroll. After some time working with "npm run watch" i have clear the terminal to be able to scroll 1-2 line up again
