Some Chinese Unicode characters not showing correctly in editor #186452

From microsoft/vscode-azurearmtools#1600.
- create a new plain text file
- copy/paste into editor: 𠀀𠀁𠣶𤆐𥽠𪛕𪛖
!) the characters don't show up correctly in the editor. Doesn't seem to matter what encoding is chosen.
Interesting, they do show correctly in the title bar:
... and in text markup in hovers (heading in hover below), but not code markup (like ```json, in bottom part of hover below)) as seen from microsoft/vscode-azurearmtools#1600:
