Crashing vscode with -Window is not responding

Type: Bug

Open visual studio code. Make changes to any of the file and save it. After sometime error window will pop up - Window is not responding. VSCode is unusually slow.
I have tried

1. Uninstall and then install VSCode
2. Disable all plugins (error still persist)
3. Enable only required plugins
4. Disable hyper scaling
5. Remove temp files from code
6. Installing vscode insider

Note I dont have McAfee installed , its using MS protect program comes with Windows OS
