Left click on Ghost text should show hover and pass focus

Have some ghost text
Click on it
Nothing happens

I think we could show the hover and pass focus to it. What do you think?
My hypothesis is that new users might explore ghost text by cliking on it, and hover might provide some value.

Bonus bug: right click on ghost text -> hides it and does not do anything.
IMHO it should just open the regular editor context menu.
