[Accessibility] Pressing ESC key on action buttons does not close Accessible View #190717

Type: Bug
When Accessible view (Alt+F2) is activated against inline suggestion, users can focus in some action buttons via Shift+Tab key. If users want to close the current Accessible View, they have to press Tab key again to focus on the Accessible View first because ESC doesn't close the Accessible View when users' current focus in action buttons. This is inconvenient and the action buttons and Accessible View need to be grouped together as one widget so users can close it via ESC key regardless of their current focus.
