Can Vscode Team extract the framework or toolkit?

I read the source code of vscode and found that it has the style of vscode (I mean ,The code is beautifully written ) ， especially window management, ipc, and so on. Can they be abstracted into a framework or toolset？

Glad to hear that you like how VS Code is written! Right now, abstracting as you describe is not in scope for the project.
