Can't connect to Github Codespaces.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?
The Github Codespaces extension is required here.

• VS Code Version: 1.81.1
• OS Version: macOS 13.5 (22G74)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open VS Code.
2. Open a remote window.
3. Connect to codespace.

Expected outcome
VS Code shows a list of the existing codespaces.

What happens?
Nothing. It rarely shows that it is loading the codespaces but is stuck in the loading phase.

I just wanted to let you know that now it works. It might be related to a connectivity issue with Codespaces, not VS Code.
