'Rename Symbol' fails with 'Transform to Uppercase'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Bind a key to 'Transform to Uppercase', e.g. alt+u
2. On a symbol press F2 to 'Rename Symbol'
3. In 'Rename Symbol' small window, press alt+u to rename it in uppercase (the symbol name is selected by default)
   => Only the symbol name selected is renamed, all the other occurences remains unchanged
   N.B. After pressing alt+u, the 'Rename Symbol' small window is closed quickly without requiring 'Enter' press.

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.81.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

The rename widget isn't a "rich input editor" and hence doesn't allow for keybinding. You'll find a dupe which is about adopting the editor component for rename input

But It does allow keybinding ! To upper or lowercase, it could be very nice to support this behavior.
If it is not supposed to, i suggest to deactivate keybinding in this widget to avoid bad renaming.
