Git: Refresh 'all' command

I want to command Git: Refresh for all submodule repository in workspace below.
Because my project have almost 40 submodule.
But i can't find that command or method. Please implement or let me know the method.
And also i want to know below issue would be planned to implement. I think that should be implemented for developer.
