confusing uninstall extension while it is installed on remote

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click uninstall extension which is installed on remote.
2. Expect that an extension uninstalled, but it is only disabled.
3. To truly uninstall need to refresh extension view, there will be then again uninstall button.
4. Clicking on it actually completely uninstall the extension then.

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.83.0. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.
