Notebook cell: shift + enter scroll my cell out of view

Have a cell with long content, and another cell after it. Press shit+enter in first cell. You are scrolled out of view to the next cell 🐛
We should keep the scroll position stable so the user can actually see the output.

you can get that behavior with "notebook.scrolling.revealNextCellOnExecute": "firstLine"

I am sure there is a setting for this. My point is that this should be the default behaviour and all the settings are confusing :)

And btw, with that setting the first line of the second cell gets revealed and my cell can still get out of view, right?
