Fix Command Center style for Copilot title (in editor)

I use the Command Center (love it) with a custom window title. So, when I open a chat with Copilot inside an editor, the title of the chat is prepended to the window title like expected, but baaamm... vertical hidden overflow on the Command Center.

Here are correct displays:

• Unsaved file (missing ellipsis on the title value)
  

• Search editor 👌
  

And Copilot Chat editor while there's enough space to fit everything 👀:
