About floating windows: please allow debug window to be floatable.

I am using 1.85.0-insider, on latest Ubuntu LTS.

Repro:
Start a simple debug session which debugs a cpp file.

Observed:
Only doc tab (window) can be floated.

Expected:
Allow debug window to be floatable. Etc variables/call statck/watch windows can be floatable.

Reason:
Variable name could be very long. Once floatable, people can move them to a different monitor to see the full name.
