Thin lines between code lines in multi file diff editor #199222

Testing #199155
When scrolling multi file diff editor in Google Chrome sometimes a thin grey lines appear between lines of code. If you then trigger a hint (by hovering variable, field or function), then the line will become black. This can be probably caused by using 125% scale on X.org Nvidia, but I cannot reproduce this on regular diff editor.
- VS Code Version: 1.85.0 Insiders
- OS Version: Arch Linux
- Browser: Google Chrome 119.0.6045.159
Steps to Reproduce:
- Download latest insiders version
- Start it as server and open in Google Chrome
- Open multi file diff editor
- See thin grey lines between code lines.
