Diff editor title actions menu

Think about the diff editor title actions menu. Maybe some actions deserve to be put into the secondary menu .... For example, "Show Trailing/Leading Whitespace".
I am happy to look into telemetry numbers what users are actually using.

And then if we make some space we should add the Multi Diff Editor action also there. Not sure if primary or secondary menu. But it deserves a spot.

That is tough, because the diff editor does not know the other files.
