[typescript] support css in strings

Main reason I cant commit to VScode atm is because there is no ability to indicate the language of a string.

In intellij you can just add a comment before the string like so:

I pefer vscode but I have to go back to intellij everytime I need to edit a string containing another language. Well I dont have to to but its stupid not to when I can get syntax highligting etc.

Would probably have to be implemented by each lanuage extension individually in textmate

and break outs from malformed strings would be common place

This would have to be implemented in the TypeScript server.
