Hover over quick pick

I had the mouse over the explorer item and opened quick pick and then the hover popped over the quick pick

I understand why this might seem like a bug, but I'm not sure having the hover underneath the quick pick is a good idea. There are might be scenarios where showing the hover underneath the quick-pick might seem like a bug.
