Removed code cannot be selected in diff viewer when inlined; only opens context menu

When viewing PRs in vscode.dev/github.dev, code that has been deleted cannot be selected. All I can get is the context menu.

If I disable the inline view, then I can select text on either side.

I can't recall if this is new or not
