Not able to comment the line in HTML extension

I am not able to do comment in HTML extension in vs code , the normal shortcut key is ctrl and / but no w this not work for commenting in HTML code . Can u help me with this please

VS Code version: Code 1.91.0 (ea1445c, 2024-07-01T18:52:22.949Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22621
Modes:

• make sure your editor is in HTML mode
• run without extensions (command Reload with Extensions Disabled) to make sure this is not caused by an other extension
