Extend VSIX options for downloading other versions

You can since 1.96.4 download the VSIX from a plugin by RMB and then select Download VSIX or the pre-released version.
For example from Python.
Extend this menu to download also older VSIX versions
And then be able to select a specific older version.

Reason for asking is that our Linux environment is very strict and closed with no internet connection.
VSIX are allowed to install.
But our CODE version is not always the latest one.
So with 1.96.4 I would like to download the 1.89.1 version of the VSIX from Python.
This is currently not possible

I've installed a windows version ( 1.96.4) and download there the vsix. Then copy the vsix to a scared Linux folder. In linux code 1.85.1 and install vsix This works for most plugins, but not for python for example as that depends on higher version. I've tried downloading the zipfile from marketplace via Edge, but fails to get that to work. Code says it can't find the package.json file though it is in the file.
