ADS Notebooks Tab features missing in VSCode

I'm asked to migrate from Azure Data Studio. I've created lots of code and documentation using Jupyter Books from the Notebooks Tab of ADS. None of the VSCode Extensions suggested in the migration guide can open and navigate Jupyter books. I see only loose md- and ipynb-files in VSCode.
