There is no menu Check for Updates in the Help menu

You can also manually check for updates by running Help > Check for Updates on Linux and Windows, https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/setup/setup-overview#_update-cadence
but There is no menu Check for Updates in the Help menu in my version.
