Title: Automatic MCP Server Updates for npm/pip/Docker packages

Description:
Currently, when users add MCP servers via npm packages, pip packages, or Docker images, there's no automatic way to detect and update these servers when new versions become available. This feature request proposes adding functionality to VS Code to:

1. Detect when MCP servers installed via package managers have updates available
2. Notify users of available updates
3. Provide a simple update mechanism from within VS Code
4. Support npm, pip, and Docker as installation sources
5. Add update options in the MCP server list view

This would improve the user experience by ensuring MCP servers are kept up-to-date without requiring manual package manager commands.
