Make clear/cls clean the terminal instead of hiding it #244566

I always wondered why the feature of hiding the terminal output instead of clearing it is a feature when using clear or cls. There are a lot of ways to clear the output, be it via a shortcut or just killing the terminal, but I don't understand why it's not the same for the standard clear commands aswell.
