Feature: way to select previous attachments to re-add

After I included this image in a previous message, the only way (I can see) to get the image in the chat again if I want to specifically reference it would be to use the "up" arrow and go back to that message, then the image url would come back. There are a variety of reasons this could not be ideal in a situation (maybe I send the image like many chat messages ago, or I have already written stuff in the chat box I want in my next message). Would be great if the widget was somehow re-attachable. So maybe I could drag it, or right click to select (attach to current chat message) type of thing. This is likely more general than just images since all pills could have this functionality but especially relevant for images since the only place the image "lives" in vs code after copying it in with a URL is in the pill.

Attachments are still in the history of the conversation, so in theory you don't need to to reattach it to ask a followup question

if a user has sent many images how should they reference one specific one? Like if I want to guide the attention of the model I would think about re-attaching instead of maybe referencing the image or even other attachment by name?

You can do this by dnd now, although it shouldn't be necessary
