Can't use ctrl+enter to run cell

• I think ctrl+enter is still supposed to run the current cell, but seems like it's being intercepted by an edit action

shift+enter still works

@roblourens do you see this all the time? If so can you use "F1 -> Toggle Keyboard Shortcuts Troubleshooting" and share the logs?
