I suppose, if I am not wrong, it depends on the font used.

Using Cascadia font I cannot reproduce it.

This behavior also occurs when I change the font, e.g. to Cascadia, Consolas or Courier New.

Also interesting: If I copy the symbol from vs code and paste it into another editor, e.g. Notepad++, then the correct symbol is shown.

This is an issue of the font!

How can this be a issue with the font?
The error occurs with different fonts and the error only occurs in vs code, not in other editors.
