Powershell terminal is default path when opening folder with brackets

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.99.3
• OS Version: Windows 10 x64

Steps to Reproduce:

1. create a folder named like "[nui]"
2. open folder with vscode
3. open powershell terminal

The terminal powershell will now have path like "PS C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0>" and not the actual folder opened in vscode

I cannot reproduce it.

• Created a folder [nui]
• Right click on the folder and selected Open in Integrated Terminal
• The integrated terminal is open and the path is .../[nui] (with PowerShell 7.5.0, but I don't think it is a matter)

My issue was by first opening the folder in vscode. Then opening a New Terminal inside the project.
But even following your steps it still givis me the powershell path. PS C:\WINDOWS\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0>

My PSVersion is 5.1.19041.5737
